2. Are your candles eco-friendly?

Yes, our candles are made using eco-friendly soy wax. They are biodegradable, burn cleanly, and are sourced from renewable resources. We also use phlalate, sulphate, and paraben free fragrance oils in our products.

3. How should I care for my Tappen Apothecary candle to ensure it lasts longer?

To ensure an even burn, always allow your candle to form a full melt pool during the first burn, and trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting each time. Avoid burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave them unattended. With these simple candle care steps, you can drastically improve the lifespan of your Tappen Apothecary candle.

4. What ingredients are in your bath salts?

Our bath salts are made from a blend of Epsom salts, Dead Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt, Fragrance. We don’t use any additives in our products, so you may notice discolouration from time to time. Specific ingredients for each bath salt blend can be found in the product descriptions and on the label.

5. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

While our products are made from natural ingredients, everyone's skin is different. We recommend checking the ingredient list and conducting a patch test before full use. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
